Manchester/Bristol City Cent  £16k. Y1 OTE £35K+

My client is a mid-sized Recruiter with aggressive expansion plans and a culture of high reward, excellent commission structure and employee development. Over the last 3 years my client has TRIPLED in size through a well-blended strategic network, great business leads, successful new hires, awesome recruitment skills and an ample dose of
fun. My client boasts a great working environment full of healthy competition and teamwork.

Their career path gives promotion to successful consultants, they promote from within and look for leaders amongst existing staff rather than from external hires. They are looking for Graduates to join and progress into strong billing consultants, within 3 years Team Leadership and Management are realistic targets, and equity shares in the company are attainable within 5 years. My client are currently recruiting for both Manchester and Bristol offices.

In the last month their top sales person personally earned £40,000, that’s real money, in the bank from one month of the year! The earning potential is HUGE and attainable from day 1 – last month their top trainee earned over £5,000 in
one month.

Basic salaries start at £16k, if you do well, hit targets and excel your basic will rise to over £30k within 18 months while most of your income will come from commission and top performers will earn in excess of £50k 1^st year.
